Refund policy

This overview describes how www.reimaginediscovery.com handles refunds through our exclusive distributors assigned return policies for manufacturer defects and buyer remorse.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS 

We have a 30-day guarantee against all manufacturer defects. Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number. In order to access a return authorization number, please email: lindsey@rdhomeusa.com.

Be prepared to provide an explanation for this return request, including a picture of the faulty design or damaged item. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to your residence. 

BUYER REMORSE

Merchandise returns need authorization regardless of reason. Any returns due to buyer remorse must be in the original package, re-sellable condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt at the customer's expense. Credits will be given once received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition. 

In order to access a return authorization number, please email: lindsey@rdhomeusa.com. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to your residence. 

Effective 11/05/2024 all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
